We thought you might be interested to see our freshly photographed faces on our revamped 'staff' webpage!
An area widely considered to be a minefield we decided to undertake some research as to how others before us have tackled this issue and I must say there is a wide variety of contenders for the best and worst of the web! We found that the more natural looking photos looked best.
Armed with this research we thought the best way to convey our 'personalities' and 'roles' within the office would be to let the individual choose their own stance, pose and describe themselves in their own words.
