Plans to transform the derelict Dun Cow Inn site on Gold Street, Wellingborough have been approved by planners, with work due to commence on site soon.

Following on from the success of the adjacent Knights Court development brp architects have continued their partnership with Wellingborough Homes and are working with Westleigh Developments Ltd to deliver this fresh new apartment scheme, consisting of 26 units.

The development, all 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, will help provide some much needed affordable general needs accommodation in the heart Wellingborough.
