brp architects are pleased to announce that full planning approval was granted last week for the new, improved Extra Care facility at Brooklands Gardens, Market Harborough for Seven Locks Housing.
The scheme looks to remodel the existing Sheltered Housing accommodation and will provide a dramatically improved aesthetic and level of care and support services to residents, as publicised in a recent article in the Harborough Mail.

Based on the level of pre-application consultation with the Local Authority during the design process it ensured that the planning process ran smoothly and the decision was delivered within the statutory timeframes-a testament to the hard work of the Client and their Design Team.
