Having been shortlisted to the final three and closely missing out on two other awards at presentation dinners, it's hopefully third time lucky as brp architects have been notified that the conversion of the Rosebery Street School to form a state-of-the-art Primary Care Centre has been shortlisted for a prestigious Civic Trust Award.

Nationwide submissions were invited in September 2013, visits by an independent panel of assessors was made in the Autumn and in December the Practice received notification that the scheme was amongst one of only four projects from the East Midlands selected to progress to the national stage assessments.

Winners of Civic Trust Awards on a number of previous occasions and this shortlisting reinforces brp architects reputation as a design-led practice that focusses on contextual solutions.
