brp architects are pleased to announce that their proposal for a 50no. unit Extra Care development at Winchester Road, Blaby was granted planning permission at Planning Committee last week. The scheme, designed for EMH Homes and to be built by Westleigh Developments Ltd, has received positive support from key stakeholders from its inception and this was reflected in the Committee's unanimous decision to approve it.

With funding already approved, and in place, there is now pressure to get the scheme on site and completed by March 2015. brp are currently working with Westleigh and their appointed Design Team to develop the detailed design, with a view to construction works starting early in the New Year.
